6 Terms & Conditions of Service

[a] Fonelink provide a free written quote for all repairs.

[b] We provide a 90 day warranty on all repairs. This warranty covers only parts and labour for the repair performed and does not cover other faults that may develop during the 90 day warranty period.

[c] We can not accept responsibility for a lack of parts from our suppliers which may delay the time to repair your device. We are not responsible for any loss of business that you may incur whilst your device is being repaired.

[d] Our estimated repair turn around time is based on when we receive your device and the time it is completed and booked out.

[e] You accept and acknowledge that we will evaluate, inspect and record the physical condition of your device (ie) any scratches,scuff marks, indentations etc evident when your unit was received for repair. You agree to accept the results of our assessment.

[f] Contacts, photos, music, settings, ringtones, screensavers, recordings, videos, games, messages etc WILL be lost if your deice requires a Software Upgrade. You MUST backup your data. We accept no resposibility for loss of data or any damages resulting from the loss of ANY or ALL of the data stored on your device.

[g] For Cash customers, all repair fees must be paid in full before your device can be returned to you.

[h] Any goods not collected within 30 days from notification that your device is ready for pick up will be stored and archived. An administration fee of $33 will be payable to retrieve your device from our archives in addition to any outstanding repair or service and assessment fees.

[i] Under the provisions of the Uncollected Goods Act of 1995, any goods not collected after 90 days from notification will be disposed of.

[j] We take no responsibility for goods lost or damaged whilst in transit to or from our Service Centre. You must ensure that any devices are securely and appriately packed before shipping to us. All insurance costs for transport, if required, is your sole responsibility.
